september 2004: graduated from the FH Hagenberg (University of Applied Sciences, course of studies: media technology and design, 8 terms, Dipl.-Ing.(FH)). the result of the practical part of my diploma thesis 'Digitale Filmproduktion unter Verwendung der Motion Control Technik in einer Greenbox im Hinblick auf HD' can be found at neegeh.com - and here you can find pics from the shooting (greenbox with motion control in georg riha's brains&pictures studio in tullnerbach near vienna). |

october 2003: premiere of "Doppelsterne" in the UCI-Millenium City, Vienna (was also shown in cinemas in Salzburg, Vienna, Kufstein, Venice and Prague). My credits in this (students) movie production (105 minutes): editor, second assistant camera, "actor" (as you can see in the pic on the left ;-). was a great thing producing a movie (I learned a lot what location scouting for a historic movie means, actor-casting, light-design, producer's job, importance of audio, the importance of a good pre-production, working on a set, and especially post-production). I'm not that satisfied with the result - but as I mentionad: a very very important experience! |

september 2001: mittes and i joined our former soccer coach harald hel when he conquered Australia from South-North (3000km) in 19 days! we landed in Melbourne - than we drove to Adelaide - Alice Springs - Darwin - Perth (i didn't see Perth, because I had to fly home for not missing the first day of the 3rd term in Hagenberg - but I saw the pics of hari and mittes, very beautiful...). more about it at hel.checkbit.com. |

since october 2000: yes! i was one of the lucky ones that passed the acceptance test. I'll hopefully be attending the University of Applied Sciences in Hagenberg for the next 4 years and study "mtd" (mediatechnology and design). |
